Sandra Cribben brings nearly 30 years of experience across hospitality, international higher education, corporate marketing, and financial services. Her work has spanned leadership, mentoring, team development and training, process improvement, strategic management, and business development—both domestically and internationally.
Working across industries has taught Sandra to look beyond standard answers and understand what each business needs. She brings that perspective into every coaching conversation, combining firsthand experience with Focal Point frameworks to help business owners and leaders work through challenges, make informed decisions, and turn plans into lasting improvements.

Sandra is a great example of an effective and helpful collaborator! I enjoyed working with Sandra on a collaborative agreement between Swissnex in Boston and E.H.L.
